Andrea Faiers – Artist

​

Andrea Faiers is an Australian artist and teacher whose work explores the quiet beauty of everyday objects and their place in the world around them.

​

Working primarily in graphite, charcoal, and acrylic paint, Andrea creates artworks that invite viewers to notice the subtle relationships between form, space, and atmosphere.

 

Formerly the founder of Art Life Studio in Inverell, NSW - a gallery and teaching space that brought together exhibitions, classes, and community workshops - Andrea is now travelling around Australia, continuing her practice and drawing new inspiration from the landscapes and people she encounters.

Her work has been exhibited locally and regionally, including the From Clay to Canvas exhibition at the Goondiwindi Regional Civic Centre, as well as community shows such as the Glen “Archies.”

 

Andrea remains passionate about making art accessible and hands-on, whether through her own practice or by sharing her knowledge as a teacher and mentor.Many of her pieces are now held in private collections.
