1. About Us

Welcome to Dorrigo Photographic Services. Later this year, we are excited to capture the magic of the holiday season with our family Santa photo sessions, right here in the heart of Dorrigo. 2. Session Details

• Dates: TBA

• Timing: Sessions are 10 minutes each, including time for a meet & greet with Santa, available by pre-booking and paying the booking fee online.

• Location: Previously Don Dorrigo Tennis Clubhouse, but moving to our Studio (not our shopfront) in Dorrigo, address will be provided prior to your session

3. Group Size & Timing

For larger families, we recommend booking double or triple sessions in succession to ensure all children have a chance to meet Santa. Please consider this when booking in order to enhance your childs experience.

4. Accessibility Information

Our venue is not easily wheelchair accessible but it may be possible! We are happy to meet you onsite to assess suitability in terms of access, prior to your booking date. Outdoor photos with Santa may also be possible. Please inquire for arrangements.

5. Image Delivery

You will receive the best image selected by Dorrigo Photographic Services for each session booked. Your digital and print packages will be available for pick-up 10 days after your session at 9 Cudgery Street, Dorrigo. Digital files will also be emailed.

Prints can be sent via surface mail for $14.95. We also offer quality frames, archival framing, and gift wrapping—check out our frame selection in-store for unique and affordable gifts. Additional photos (alternate versions) can be purchased for $30 each, and each comes as a high-resolution digital file.

6. Booking Process

Booking is easy! Simply read the T&C's and Important Information, then visit the link below to secure your spot.

7. Cancellation Policy

Your session booking and admin fees are non-refundable. These fees secure your time slot and help cover the setup costs for the Christmas Photo Sessions in Dorrigo. These sessions involve a significant investment of time and resources, and we actually earn very little from them, so refunds cannot be offered.

However, we offer two options for flexibility:

1. Gift or Transfer – You may gift or sell your session to a friend or family member to use in your place.

2. Apply to a Family Session – You can apply your booking fee toward a full family photo session with Dorrigo Photographic Services within 12 months. (This cannot be used for future Christmas sessions or mini sessions, and will be deducted from the full session package price.)

If you’d like to attend your session at a different time, we will do our best to accommodate you, though availability cannot be guaranteed.

 

Pets - Conditions

1. No dangerous or wild animals.

2. No animals over 50kg without approval.

3. Non-vaccinated dogs are at risk; we strongly advise against bringing puppies unless their vaccinations are up to date.

4. All animals must be on leash when entering and leaving the property.

5. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times.

6. BYO waste disposal bag for cleaning up after your pet.

7. Waste must be taken with you and not placed in clubhouse bins.

8. Aggressive dogs must be muzzled at all times.

9. Animals exhibiting aggressive behavior will be asked to leave the property.

What should we bring/wear?

Bring snacks and drinks for yourself and your children. Dress in comfortable, festive attire and consider layers for varying weather conditions.

Will we be getting photos with Santa?

Yes, Santa will be joining us for photos for the Santa Photo Session.

Do you have WWC Accreditation?

Yes, our team holds current "Working With Children" checks.

What happens if we are running late?

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth experience. If you're late, we'll do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your session will not be affected or cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

What if my kids are unwilling to participate in the photo on the day?

We understand that children can be unpredictable. If your child is unwilling to participate, you can end the session early. We will do our best to make the experience enjoyable for them. 

Can I share on social media?

​Yes, feel free to share your photos on social media! Please tag us @dorrigophoto – it really helps our small business and allows us to continue offering Santa Photos each year. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of others by getting their permission before sharing any photos that include them.

What is the copyright on these images?

We retain copyright of the images. You may share them on personal social media profiles, but please do not use the images for commercial purposes without our prior consent.
